Do you have any daily rituals that you follow?

Lemon water in the morning and a walk in nature or by the sea.

What values do you admire most in the women in your life?

Strength, determination and independence - especially that of my mother.

What questions have you been asking yourself lately?

What more can I do, how can I make a difference in what I do and in my work too.
 
What is your main source of inspiration?

Forever, nature.


What is the best book you have read?

Joan Didion / Jane Austin / Simone de Beauvoir / Virginia Woolfe

What wellness rituals do you swear by?

Balance is key and that balance is different for everyone. 

What is your favourite time of the day and why?

Dusk and her colours glistening over the water and of late the dolphins that come to dance in the light as if just to greet me from my seaside suburb of Fairlight. 

What is something outside of your current medium that you are interested in learning more about?

Social justice and humanities.

What are some personal strategies you use to bring yourself back to a state of happiness?

A hot bath, a long walk in nature, a ballet class, an ocean swim.

What have you learnt to let go of?

Putting too much pressure on myself and comparisons. Being happy being me and getting to really know myself. 

What do you do to stay well?

Dance, drink enough water and get enough sleep.

What is a current ‘guilty pleasure’ of yours?

Post dry July, a glass of wine and book in the bath.

You travel a lot for work, where is your favourite place to go?

Paris and Positano are my places.

What is your favourite meal to cook for yourself or friends?

Pasta.

What words of advice would you offer to your younger self?

Everything happens for a reason.
